How about a little "Grungy Peacock"?

It's hard to believe that we are down to the last two weeks of the design challenge at Designs in Digital! Weeks four and five are a two part challenge. For week four we create the papers and in week five we create the coordinating elements. These are going to be some prety amazing kits! Check out the gallery for week four here. Naming the kit for this week was a group effort. The colors remind me of the full and fancy plumage of a peacock as he struts his stuff. I need to appologize to my loyal followers and new folks alike. I got this post ready to go before I left on vacation, with no knowledge that the folks running this challenge would be making a change and adding a $2.00 charge for a kit that I thought was going to be free.

Last day to download Tuscany, preview of week 4!

The challenge for week four was to create a paper pack of at least 20 papers. The cool thing is that the week five kit will be the coordinating elements to go with the paper pack! This week I've chosen some jewel tones that remind me of the lovely feathers of a peacock's tail. I can't wait to get to work on the elements to go with this kit! The week two assignment from the NDIDDS challenge at Designs in Digital has concluded. The theme this week was "girl friends". This kit was created in honor of those true friendships we share with other women; those special people with whom we share our secrets, hopes and dreams. This kit includes: 10 papers, 2 ribbon bows, 1 doodle, 2 glitter flourishes, 1 swirled glitter border, 1 birdcage, 1 string of folded hearts, 1 set of journal strips, 2 oriental lilies, 1 ribbon strip, 1 round tag, 1 shoe, 3 word bits, 1 word art, full upper case alpha, numbers 0-9, and four other common characters.
