Spring Breeze Freebie

My latest contribution to the design challenge at Brownie Scraps is my Spring Breeze kit. This kit is filled with great spring colors, word art, borders, glitter, textured papers and, of course, springs! There is still a layout contest happening at Brownie Scraps. Here's how it works; download any of the free kits a design a layout and post it in the gallery, linking back to the layout thread on the forums. At the end of each week a winning designer and layout designer are selected. Each receive a $5 gift certificate to the shop at Brownie Scraps. Here is a link to all of the week three kits!

Flowers and Friends Freebie!

This is my mini kit for week two of the Brownie Scraps Designer Challenge. We picked our own color palette this week and had a few loose themes that we could build our kits around. I'm pleased with what I designed this week and think that I am really learning a lot about what my software and I can create. My First Freebie!

I'm doing a designer challenge at Brownie Scraps! Each week we are given a specific design challenge, color swatch and theme. This is a six week challenge with mini kits produced by each participant each week. At last count, there were 44 designers taking part in the challenge! Head over to Brownie Scraps to see all the new mini kits and their accompanying download links. Yes, that's right - a "boat load" of freebies for the next several weeks! You will have to be a registered user to access the thread with the free kit links. Well worth the time to register. I'm placing a preview of my first EVER mini kit below. I finally found an opportunity to participate in a challenge at Scrapbook Max. This was a weekly challenge hosted by my good friend Crops2Dawn. She made us a fabulous movie themed freebie to use for the challenge. The goal was to scrap one or more of your favorite movies! Of course, like most of you, I have more than one favorite but chose this all time classic for my layout.

Well it's Super Bowl Sunday and the game is about to start. Time to quit blogging and watch some football! Go Cardinals!
